The Golf Club at Cohuna is located in the Loddon Murray Region and is the home course of Australian professional golfer Stuart Appleby. The Cohuna Golf and Bowls Club has been magically carved out of the Gunbower forest along the banks of the Gunbower Creek, a major tributary of the Murray River in Northern Victoria. Well treed, the course comprises 18 manicured holes uniquely situated on Australia's largest inland island. Kangaroos and Murray River bird life share these renowned fairways amongst the tall red gum and box forest trees. A social golfers heaven, Cohuna has plenty to offer. Accommodation, attractions, recreation, shopping and more only three hour's drive from Melbourne. The clubhouse with it's views of the first tee and bowls rinks, is close to the picturesque township of Cohuna, also nestled on the banks of the majestic Gunbower Creek.
