Set on picturesque lawns overlooking Narrabri Creek, Crossing Theatre is designed to cater for residents and visitors alike.
This 1000 seat auditorium regularly stages large scale conferences, promotions, and concerts, while latest release movies are screened Wednesday to Sunday in the twin cinemas. In the past, the Crossing Theatre has played host to huge headline acts including Jimmy Barnes and his son David Campbell, INXS and Suzi Quatro. The Crossing Theatre has had numerous Australian play productions and it can also host conferences ranging from 10 people to 1,500 people. Crossing Theatre also has a cafe on site. The Crossing Theatre is also the setting for the annual Nosh on the Namoi, an annual food and wine festival.
The Crossing Theatre was completed in November 2002 and named after its location on Narrabri Creek - the original crossing for settlers in the area.
