Gem on the Hill (first tiny house) is approx 700 meters away from working shed and approx 200 meters away with forest in between from second tiny house which is Gem near the Dam. The working shed and main house are 2 paddocks away and can’t been seen from the tiny houses. Pets are not allowed. Telstra and Optus have good signals, Vodafone has a weak signal, and the rest has no signal. This tiny house is equipped with cassette toilet and in order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our toilets, a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more.
