Al Dente, meaning “to the tooth,” is the way all Italians argue pasta and rice should be cooked: it should have that perfect amount of bite. This restaurant in residential Brisbane offers perfectly cooked pastas and risottos, as well as a slew of other traditional Italian meals.
On offer are culinary delights such as veal with mushrooms in a cream and white wine sauce; and a dish of spring lamb, lovingly prepared with a selection of herbs and then roasted.
