Formerly Cattleman’s Grill, the Quality Hotel Powerhouse Armidale’s signature restaurant has been reborn as Azka Restaurant. More than 70 Moroccan hanging lanterns adorn this vibrant dining venue, filling it with colour and exotic ambience. A fire adds to the atmosphere in winter while in fine weather, patrons can dine alfresco on the terrace. Azka’s unique menu is full of exciting international flavours, from entrees like char grilled octopus on melitzanosalata with kalamata olives, citrus tzatziki and lemon extra virgin olive oil (all of which are available in small or large serves) to such mains as Asian duck breast with daikon radish, wombok, chilli dressing and green tea jelly.
