The Holbrook Bakery has been baking in the same location since 1899. The business is locally owned and operated, and everything is baked on the premises daily using only the freshest ingredients.
Freshly made sandwiches, rolls or wraps; a great cup of coffee; a cake or slice; a beautiful pie, pasties or sausage roll; or their famous wagon wheels, the choice is endless.
The bakery now even has an outlet in the service centre at the southern end of town so you can stop and grab some fuel and food all in the one spot!
