Great Northern Distillery is home to the Kimberley Rum Company, creators of the internationally award-winning Canefire Rum. A range of spirits and liqueurs are made on-site by their craft distillers.

Guests are welcome to visit The Tasting Room to sample the extensive range of spirits, aged rum and liqueurs. Also on offer are a variety of premium cocktails, mocktails and coffee.
